These pages provide information on the coaching given within all three disciplines Swim/Bike/Run, but also give coaching help and advice to multi-discipline athletes to add that extra edge. The club moves seasonally from one comprehensive training schedule to another, allowing our members to choose from a combination of key sessions, ensuring our athletes can build the perfect training plan for a successful season. Below, you will find the current season's training schedule with session fees.
In terms of coaching our athletes, we don’t just stop at what we deliver in our sessions. We also provide full training programmes for athletes competing at all distances and events, backed up with daily session plans to enable you to follow club sessions even if you cannot make it in person to a training session. Please ask your coach for more information about how to access these sessions on Training Peaks (Gold members only)
Within each session uploaded on Training Peaks you will find information on the swim, bike, run and multi-discipline training we offer, together with the philosophy behind our sessions and training structure. In addition, look out for the club's performance testing that helps us benchmark and monitor our athletes.
We train at venues all around the Medway Towns, including Medway Park, Arethusa Pool, Hoo Swimming Pool, Strood Sports Centre, Gravesend Cyclopark, Leybourne Lake Watersports Centre and Capstone Park.
