Level 3 Coach
A former ABA boxing coach and ex-boxer that took up triathlon in 2008, I have since represented GB in World and European competitions numerous times. Probably my best results during my time competing were to win the British Age Group Championships and a European Bronze medal in the 2012 season and then to pick up a Kona slot in the 2017 Iron man world champs at Lanzarote IM in the same year.
Although I still do love to compete and still do want to represent GB to the best of my ability, coaching and helping other athletes be their best is my real passion. I completed my level 3 coaching qualification and am always looking to improve as a coach.
I hope to use my knowledge and experience to help all MedwayTri members enjoy the triathlon experience and be the best they can be.
